The Hibiscus sisters are not stretchy.  They are made from remnants of soft, breathable,100% polyester board-short microfiber. 

Because they absorb almost no water, they dry quickly.  Consequently they make a great pool-to-dinner piece! Also available in Black Hibiscus.
