'What is rayon?' we are asked. Rayon is derived from natural cellulose (such as wood pulp) that is processed to create a soft, breathable, and silky fabric. 

'What is a challis?' we are asked, albeit less frequently. Known for its elegant drape, it is this fabric: lightweight and comfortable in warm weather, although prone to shrinkage.

Our shirts have been washed and dried medium.  Wash cold and line dry, you'll be delighted. Dry in the dryer, and rayon will keep shrinking.

Looks great with our khaki linen short.
